For eligible FlexPedal products or other eligible resistance-tube products, TubeCare+ support may apply according to the coverage shown on the product page and the terms stated in our Refund Policy.
9. Free Gifts, Bundles, and Digital Materials
Some orders may include free gifts, promotional items, bundle discounts, digital guides, workout materials, or other bonus items.
Free gifts and promotional items may be subject to availability and may be substituted, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.
Digital guides, downloadable materials, and digital workout resources are considered delivered once access has been provided. Access issues can be reported to us for assistance.
